How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

After placing your order, you will immediately receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your order number and details. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact Customer Service.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We process orders quickly, so modifications or cancellations are time-sensitive. If you need to change or cancel, please contact us immediately (within 1-2 hours) after placing the order. Once the order status is "Processing" or "Shipped," we cannot guarantee changes.

My order included a discount code, but it wasn't applied. What now?

If you believe your discount code was valid but did not apply at checkout, please contact us before the order is shipped. Provide your order number and the discount code. We will review the issue and manually adjust the price or issue a partial refund if applicable.

I placed multiple orders. Can you combine them into one shipment?

We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, which means they are often processed separately. If you notify us immediately, and both orders are still in the "Pending" status, we may be able to combine them to save on shipping costs.
