HOW TO USE

1. Lotion Application: Saturate the pad with your favorite toner. Place it between your fingers and gently pat onto the skin from the center of the face outward.
2. Makeup Removal: Apply cleansing water to the pad. Hold it over the eye or lip area for 5 seconds to dissolve makeup, then gently wipe away.
